UNIVERSAL PRO&Mini - Hardware
1. There is a crack in my housing.
The line near the buttons is not a crack but the " weld line ".
A weld line is a line where two flow fronts meet when there is the inability of two or more flow fronts to "knit" together or "weld" during the molding process.
These lines usually occur around the holes or buttons. Weld lines do not occur any leakage of water. So you don't have to worry about it.
2. I have a flaw with my product.

3. My wrist strap has a broken part on the buckle.

4. Is my phone compatible with the DIVEROID Universal Housing?
You can check the compatibility between your phone and universal housing here: Universal Compatibility (hardware only)
If your phone's brand and/or model is not yet on the list, kindly check your mobile phone's dimensions if it fits the size of the Universal housing.

NOTE Some models from the Samsung Galaxy Ultra series ( Samsung Galaxy 20 Ultra, Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, and Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra)
require a different compartment due to the size of these phones, the user will need to get the Ultra Adjustment kit.
This kit is required to make the device compatible and for more stability.
5. There was a leak while using the universal housing
We need the following information to identify the problem accurately and find a suitable solution. Kindly send the information asked below to 'help@diveroid.com' with photos and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
1. Depth while using DIVEROID
2. Dive time
3. Water temperature while you dive
4. Depth of water when you found the leak (expected is okay)
5. The amount of leaked water
6. Specific part of the leak
7. Process of your diving(from putting your phone in the housing, to getting in to the water – to know user's manual pattern)
DIVEROID - Shipping
1. I want to change my address but the package has been shipped. Is that still possible?
This depends on the country of destination. If DHL allows it then it could also be possible
however they may charge you a fee to change your address since the package is already in transit.
Email us at help@diveroid.com so we can check with DHL.
2. Where can I purchase a DIVEROID Universal Pro & Mini and its accessories?

3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow 6-12 days. Keep an eye on your email for updates from the courier.
If you don't receive your order within the said timeframe, kindly contact us immediately.
4. Do I need to pay VAT/customs tax?
We pay for a door-to-door delivery option to the courier however, you still may need to pay for other kinds of local taxes (customs duty and VAT) as per every country's import tax rule.
There is almost no way to avoid customs duties, customs officers will check all items entering the country and charges will be applied where necessary.
DIVEROID's HS code (8517623520) is classified as 'free' for custom duties in most applicable countries and even if we specify 'gift' on the customs invoice,
this does not mean it will not attract duty as they will still check the value of what is in the box.
We declared the product costs at around US$300 (If you ordered any accessories, then the declared amount is higher).
DIVEROID Mini - Hardware
1. I cannot turn on the mini.
Please check the red light blinking in the center meaning that the mini is turned on.
When the red light blinks “slowly” and irregularly: Connected standby (If not connected within 1 minute, the red light turns off)
When the red light blinks “quickly” every 7 seconds: Connected
Do the steps below if you have problems turning on the Mini:
1) Press the center of the mini for at least 1 second. Check if the red light is turned on.
2) If step 1 is not working, turn off the Bluetooth of your smartphone completely and repeat.
3) If both steps don't work, contact us at help@diveroid.com with the information below.

2. How do I turn off the Mini?
The Mini automatically turns off within 1 minute if not connected (the red light is off).
If the light is still on, the Mini could still be connected to a smartphone or have some problems.
Turn off the Bluetooth of your smartphone completely and wait for 1 minute.

3. My Mini is dead. How can I charge the battery?
The Mini is powered by a built-in battery and cannot be recharged or replaced by the user.
Normally, you can use it for more than 500 dives or 2 years and the battery is replaced for free within the said period.
If the battery is used up after 2 years as per the warranty guideline, you can have it replaced for a fee.
DIVEORID Mini - Application
1. I cannot connect the Mini to my smartphone's Bluetooth.
Kindly follow the checklist below:
1) Have you turned on your Bluetooth on your phone? Must be 'Yes'
2) Have you installed DIVEROID 2.0, not DIVEROID 1.0? Must be 'Yes'
3) Have you connected Bluetooth on the app, not manually in the settings? It must be set to 'No'
If you have checked all of the above, and if it still does not work, please try to turn off your phone's Bluetooth and then turn it on again, and then repeat the steps.
If this still does not work well, please let us know.
2. I didn't receive a confirmation email after signing up.
Please try the following steps to determine the problems:
1) Check to ensure your network is available.
2) Check your spam mailbox.
3) If attempting steps 1) and 2) do not work, please try using another email address.
If none of these suggestions work, please let us know again.
3. I want to delete my logbook.
You can delete your logbook from the app.
Just access your logbook > choose the log you want to delete > click the 'trash bin' icon found at the upper right corner of the screen.
4. How do I finish diving mode?
After completely out of the water, open the housing and press the exit button.
