Thank you for using our DIVEROID. We tried our best to make this product and hope you enjoy safe diving with DIVEROID.
Artisan&Ocean Co., Ltd has an ownership of ‘DIVEROID’ brand and ‘DIVEROID Shopping Mall’. To help your understanding, the purchasing entity refers to ‘DIVEROID Shopping Mall’ in this policy.
These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the DIVEROID website located at www.diveroid.com as like other shopping malls. BY PURCHASING ON DIVEROID SHOPPING MALL, YOU AGREE TO THE PRIVACY POLICY AND THESE CONDITIONS.
Standard Return Policy
DIVEROID believes that the customer satisfy with using DIVEROID product. But sometimes, the product may not be as expected and we fully understand about this. If you need to return the product, please check out the terms of use below.
For undamaged products, please return the including the accessories, box, gift items and original receipt within 30 days from the date you received the product. Please note the following list.
- Products can only be returned in the country region, or place of purchase.
- DIVEROID has the function to activate use by the serial number in case of theft and loss. If the serial number cannot be unregistered, DIVEROID can reject the return or exchange.
Standard Refund & Exchange Policy
DIVEROID accepts the refund and the exchange for some reasons of product defect, simple remorse, etc. To return and exchange the received product, the process will be on after applying to the return and please follow the ‘Standard Return Policy’.
The refund will proceed only with payment method at the time you bought the product.

Price and Price Reduction/Correction Measures
DIVEROID has the right to change the price on the website whenever we want and we can correct the pricing error that may arise contrary to intention. When the price of the product you got goes down within 14 days from the date received it, contact to DIVEROID customer service center (help@diveroid.com) and you can ask for the return or credit about the difference between the amount you paid and the current selling. If you want to get refunds or credit, you should contact to DIVEROID within 14 days from the date when the price changed. Except for the temporarily applied price reduction such as special sale events.
The price will be marked on USD. In the case of paying by the credit card of International Visa, MasterCard, please be aware that the purchase price will be changed depending on the exchange rate. There is a possibility to be claimed the foreign exchange transaction by bank or credit card company. For this reason, the total purchase expense can be increased. For the information on fee, please inquire to the bank or credit card company.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation of Purchasing
DIVEROID can reject or cancel the order and limit the quantity of order at our sole direction. In addition, DIVEROID can ask for the additional information before we approve or deal with the order. If you ordered on the website, the confirmation of order will be sent to you.
But, this does not mean that we approve the order and sell the product. It only means that we got the order of the customer. DIVEROID Shopping Mall has the right to approve or reject the order for any reasons after the order accepted. When DIVEROID cancel the order that the customer already claimed, we will refund the amount of that.
Release and Delivery
Please review the page to find out how and when you will receive the products purchased from the DIVEROID Shopping Mall. Once the product is shipped outside DIVEROID, the divergence of events out of the control of us may affect the actual delivery of the ordered product, so the DIVEROID is not responsible for delayed delivery. However, we will do our best to ensure successful delivery.
DIVEROID manages the shipment of the product purchased by the customer from the DIVEROID Shopping Mall and the liability and ownership of the product for the risk of loss or damage to the product are transferred to the customer or the designated delegate as soon as they obtains physical possession of the product. If you have any shipping issue, please contact the DIVEROID (help@diveroid.com).
Store Pickup
Products purchased by DIVEROID Shopping Mall can only be received by courier and the pickup is not allowed. If you place an order on a weekday morning, not Saturday or Sunday, usually the delivery is arrived the next day. However, It depends on the situation of the shipping company and the delay can be occurred.
General Consumer Limited Sales
DIVEROID Shopping Mall sells and ships to the final user consumer and if there is a purchase to purpose to resell the product, we have the right to reject or cancel the order.
DIVEROID only sells and delivers to the end user and has the right to refuse or cancel the order if we suspect that someone purchase the product for resale purpose through the DIVEROID Shopping mall. Purchase from DIVEROID Shopping mall only for dealer is exception.
Shipment
DIVEROID uses DHL as an international means of transportation, and EMS can be used depending on the country. To check the availability of DHL delivery service in real time, please follow the procedure below.
How to check the availability of delivery

3. Enter the address you want to receive in ‘To’
4. Enter the expected order date in ‘Shipping date’

However, the above method is for reference only and does not guarantee delivery. We will inform you to the contact information provided on order if it is not possible to ship after the order.
Product Availability and Limitation
DIVEROID can limit the quantity of the products considering the popularity or supply constraints of some products. DIVEROID has the right to change the number of the available product after the customer has placed an order anytime. In addition, there is a case that we check the order but we notice that we cannot supply it. If we are unable to supply your order, we will cancel the order and give you a full refund.

DIVEROID is a brand of Artisan&Ocean Co., Ltd.
Artisan&Ocean warrants materials and manufacturing defects during normal use for two years (“warranty period”) from the date end-user first purchased or activated the product for the hardware products of the Diveroid and accessories contained in the original packaging.

To get a refund on your purchase, you need to submit the original receipt.
1. Delivery repair service
DIVEROID provides the repair service by courier when the product is suitable for service. We guide the shipping method and the address to the customer and give a service through the process of receiving/repairing/re-sending the product. The shipping fee to DIVEROID is on customer. If we send it to the customer, DIVEROID pay for it.
2. Self-repair service
DIVEROID serves that the customer change the part directly if it is necessary. In this case, it will be applied to the case below.
3. Receiving repair service
Customer can stock the product at the service center designated by DIVEROID or the designated location directly. DIVEROID can serve the relevant area or repair shipping to the service available area. In other words, the repair may not be completed immediately even if the customer stock the product in person.
The excluding scope from warranty coverage
This warranty does not apply to hardware products or software not labeled with DIVEROID, even if the product is packaged or sold with DIVEROID hardware (Please refer to ‘Service within Warranty Period’ above this document for exceptions)
In other words, DIVEROID does not guarantee the problems with the smartphone,
even if the product DIVEROID uses with the smartphone of the user.
DIVEROID can limit the warranty service for hardware products to the country where the device was first sold by DIVERIOD or DIVEROID authorised distributor.
The manufacturer, supplier, distributor except for DIVEROID can provide self-guaranteed to final buyer, as far as the law permits, DIVEROID offer such products “as they are”. Regardless of the attachment of DIVEROID brand, the software(Application) that DIVEROID distributes is not applied. DIVEROID does not guarantee the stop or error-free operation of the DIVEROID product. DIVEROID has no responsibility for the loss caused by failure to follow the instructions related to the use of the DIVEROID product.
This warranty does not apply to the following.
DIVEROID does not guarantee the product you use with DIVEROID (ex. smartphone). You need to back up sensitive data to protect your information in case of failure/accident/loss.
Before you get the warranty service, DIVEROID or DIVEROID agent can ask you for the detailed proof of purchase and answering the question to deal with the potential problems and following the process of DIVEROID to serve the warranty. During the warranty service, the information saved in DIVEROID software program can be deleted. If this information is really important, you need to backup to prepare for this. After the warranty service, you can get back the product that have the same state or the replacement product as a same you purchased it and the product can be applied to the update of software. DIVEROID can install software update as part of warranty service.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT DISASSEMBLE THE DIVEROID PRODUCTS. If DIVEROID product is opened or disassembled with not normal way, damage can be occurred as not applied to this warranty. Only DIVEROID or DIVEROID official service center can perform the service for the product. If this is violated, DIVEROID can refuse the service to the product.
Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, DIVEROID IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory,including but not limited to loss of use; loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts); loss of the use of money; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill; loss of reputation; loss of, damage to, compromise or corruption of data; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever caused including the replacement of equipment and property, any costs of recovering, programming, or reproducing any program or data stored in or used with the DIVEROID product or any failure to maintain the confidentiality of information stored in the DIVEROID product.
The foregoing limitation shall apply to death or personal injury claims or any statutory liability for intentional and gross negligent acts and/or omission. DIVEROID disclaims any representation that it will be able to repair any apple product under this warranty or replace the DIVEROID product without risk to or loss of information stored on the DIVEROID product.
Actions taken by DIVEROID in the event of a warranty breach
DIVEROID will do as follows if you submit the valid claim to DIVEROID during the warranty period under this warranty.
(i) Repair the DIVEROID product using new or previously used part that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability
(ii) Replace the DIVEROID product (Remanufacturing product) as follows :
As an identical model( or the product has similar functions under your consent), replace with the product made by the used parts with the same performance and liability as the new part and/or new product.
(iii) Exchange the DIVEROID Product for a refund of your purchase price
DIVEROID may request that you replace certain user-installable parts or product. If the part or product is replaced with a new final product, the warranty period will begin on the exchange date.
The warranty period of replacement parts or remanufacturing products can be chosen by the customer for the advantageous warranty period between the remaining warranty period of the existing DIVEROID product or the 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, including the parts user-installed or installed in accordance with the instruction provided by DIVEROID.
If the product or the part is replaced or refunded, all replacement items will be owned by the customer and replaced or refunded items will be owned by DIVEROID .
